Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: 8+ Hours/day, Dayshift, 5x2, Schedule as per Operational Requirements, OT after 8hr/day or 44hr/week

Location: 9175 – 14 Street NW, Edmonton, AB - no direct access to public transportation

Essential: Hard-working, reliable, flexible with schedule, ability to work in physically demanding conditions

Requirements:

• Personal Reliable Vehicle
• CSA approved steel toed boots with 6” ankle support

Pre-employment:

• Drug and alcohol testing swab-based test
• Successful completion of Company Orientation and site-specific orientation
• Fitness to Work Assessment

Parts Administrator Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review and submit documents and records for goods that are imported or exported
• Enter parts received into inventory using the computer system and continually monitor inventory stock for re-order, etc.
• Assist in inventory of various makes and models of heavy-duty construction equipment.
• Dealing with various suppliers via phone and email.
• Assisting the Parts Team with orders.
• Additional administrative work that relates to our shop will be required as needed.

Part Administrator Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience working with ToolHound.
• Experience working in a heavy equipment shop.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• S trong attention to detail and organization, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have strong computer skills.
