The Support Specialist works within the IT department providing support to users, hardware, and software throughout the facility. This position is responsible for the fulfillment of IT support requests, physical maintenance of communications rooms and server rooms, providing daily afterhours support for priority requests, coordinating equipment disposals and inventory tracking, as well as the fulfilment of event orders requiring IT aspects. The Support Specialists are also to assist the Systems Analyst and Systems Administrator in project delivery where appropriate. Reporting to the Innovation & Technology Manager, the successful candidate will contribute to the strategic direction and planning of support services as well as procedures to increase overall team and production efficiency. Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.

Qualifications:
Salary and Benefits: $55,768 - $69,710 (dependent on experience and qualifications).
