HomeLife Realty Services is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with a passion for real estate and brand building. We are a leading global real estate company focused on empowering our franchisees through innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage our company’s marketing initiatives.
- Educate and inspire franchisees to align with our new branding.
- Develop and implement effective traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
- Drive lead generation efforts and analyze campaign effectiveness.
- Travel to brokerages for in-person meetings with members.
- Create visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics, infographics, brochures, and digital content.
- Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines.
- Maintain and enhance the brand's visual identity through consistent design elements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Ability to work on-site and own a vehicle for travel.
- Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing.
- Experience in leading successful lead-generation campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing personality with a talent for inspiring others.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of branding, design principles, and visual communication.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year
