Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Account Manager at Spectrum Equipment Inc. The Customer Account Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing customer accounts, providing customer support and managing customer satisfaction. This role is primarily located in Rocky View County, AB with some flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills
• Analytical and Account Management skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and meet deadlines
• Experience in the heavy equipment industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include sales experience, experience with CRM software, and knowledge of the heavy equipment industry.
