Job description

Are you eager to gain some experience in the financial services industry and have great administration skills? Do you have strong time management and prioritization skills? If so we have the role for you!
We are currently looking for Proposal Coordinator to join our client, one of Canada's largest insurance and financial services companies, in Waterloo.
You will be working remotely for now.
Pay Rate: $22.37 / Hour
6 months contract
Working Hours: 9-5 is fine, but we can be a bit flexible, eg 8:30-4:30 or possibly 9:30-5:30

Responsibilities
As a Proposal Coordinator, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
•Reading specifications, and accurately log each English opportunity in multiple systems (CRM, Outlook & Sharepoint) within the required timeframe.

•Managing the team’s inbox efficiently and flag non-standard requests to Proposal Manager.
•Supporting the Proposal Specialists when necessary.

Qualifications
•Attention to detail, accuracy and speed of execution are key.
•Possess strong time management and prioritization skills.
•Efficient at working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
•Experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM.
•Strong communication skills
•The Coordinator may also be preparing and completing simple standalone proposals on occasion.
•Bilingualism (French & English) is a strong asset in this role.
