Here at Pro Works Painting Okanagan we are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, customer focused individuals to join our Painting Team as a General Painter". We offer great pay, great incentives, a fun, supportive work environment and thorough practical training. We are currently accepting full time applications. Experience in Painting is not required to apply for this job position, but is a great bonus.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing painting services for our Residential and Commercial Client base. This includes, but is not limited to:

Following the Pro Works Painting Systems (our proven systems/procedures for being successful)

Showing up to work on-time in your clean, company provided uniform

Performing various painting related tasks such as brush/rolling, spraying/masking, and prepping.

Customer service related tasks such as project walk-throughs and collecting payments.

Using and maintaining our top of line equipment

Driving to and from job sites (including occasional store visits)

Keeping a safe work environment

Keeping track of your crew kit inventory on a daily/weekly basis

A successful candidate will:

Experience with the following is preferred, but not required:

Basic Tools (Drill, Tin Snips, pliers)

Aerial Work Platforms (Articulating Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts)

Harness and rope grab experience

Ladders

Painting (brush/roll)

Masking/Spraying

A General Painter can expect:

To start at a General Painter wage of $19 dollars per hour and profit sharing from day one

(profit sharing ranges based on performance, our top painters make over 35$ per hour)

Online Safety training

Hands on paint training (working with manager)

Full-Time hours (with the option to work as many hours during summer months as you desire)

Ability to earn promotions and raises (sales roles, marketing roles, management positions, etc)

Company branded uniform
