Risk Management Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Risk Management Coordinator to join our team! The selected candidates should demonstrate strong organizational and time management expertise. The capability to manage multiple workloads with prosperous results, as well as paying close attention to detail is critical for this function. Ideal candidates must also have an in-depth knowledge of risk management and compliance/BSA.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



»Coordinating required documentation requests for internal and external audits and regulatory reviews, ensuring that all materials are available in a timely, organized manner to the appropriate
parties.

»Assisting the VP of Risk Management in executing the annual branch audit plan, including on-site branch audits, work-paper completion, drafting reports and following up as necessary.

»Monitoring and maintaining inactive accounts, abandoned property and escheated funds in conformity with state guidelines.

»Tracking and coordinating fulfillment of subpoena requests.
