Digital Marketing Specialist


Client: Professional Services 
Role: Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Type: 2-month contract
Location: Remote (might have to visit the office on Day 1 and Day 2 for laptop collection and orientation)

Your New Company
Our client, a very well-known Consumer Goods industry client looking to hire for Digital Marketing Specialist.

Your New Role: 
• Champion the accuracy and integrity of product information across the Purina.ca and brand hubs, and assist with ongoing site updates, maintenance, and enhancements on our Canadian Content Management System (Drupal) environment.
• Assist with populating content and identifying SEO gaps to support our new website launch in addition to supporting hyper care stage post launch. This will include but not limited to:
• Populate website content as needed to ensure all pages are created with no content gaps.
• Ensure a French page is available for every English page on the site. 
• Ensure all website images are accurate and resized according to specs!
• Update Meta tags, H1 Tags, etc to optimize pages for search engine.
• Drive brand consideration, retailer site visits, and sales revenue through management of PriceSpider Where to Buy technologies,

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 5 years’ experience in digital marketing including CMS, SEO, and google analytics.
• Experience working with Content Management Systems mandatory, ideally Drupal.
• Experience with content creation, resizing is preferred.
• Experience with any of the following technologies strongly preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Kwikee, Salsify, PriceSpider, and/or Bazaarvoice.
• Knowledge and understanding of UX and SEO best practices.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally with internal teams and external agency partners.
• Project management skills and ability to follow through to completion with excellence.
• Self-starter with high attention to detail, strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
