Position: Project Manager
Location: On-site, Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000

Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the project schedule, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Project Management team, providing regular updates on project status, anticipated delays, or scope changes.
- Lead a dedicated project team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Actively engage in the coordination of trades, fostering strong relationships to optimize project efficiency.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
Skills and Experience:
- Construction Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing ICI projects, from initiation to completion.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading project teams effectively, ensuring project goals are met.
- Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with internal teams, stakeholders, and trades to drive project success.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in a project management role within the construction industry, ideally with exposure to Developer or General Contractor/Construction Manager environments.
- Education: Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.

Project Management, Condos, Scheduling, Commercial Construction, Industrial Construction, Institutional Construction, New Build, Renovations, Retrofits.
