- Leads the team to execute best practices in warehouse management, including receiving, putaway, restocking, order picking and productivity management
- Ensure compliance with warehouse health and safety procedures, identify potential hazards, and recommend improvements where necessary
- Optimize warehouse operations by developing and setting up various KPI to track the warehouse operations, distribution channels and logistic arrangement
- Oversee a team of warehouse employees, including training, coaching, planning, and evaluating staff
- Ensures the team achieves daily work targets and exceeds customer service expectations
- Provide operation records, reports, documents for management review
- Monitors the warehouse budget, including labour cost, operation cost and facility management
- Identifies opportunities for improvement to meet warehouse goals by streamline processes, reducing cost and increasing profits in a creative and feasible way
- Works with the Project Manager to review and design warehouse layout plan, line balancing, workstation setting and merchandise handling
- Communicates with other departments to ensure the service quality and requirement are reached out
- Reviews and updates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required
- Performs additional related responsibilities as assigned

- Job Requirement
- _
- A diploma in Operation Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or combination of education is required
- 3-5 years of related experience in Logistics/Supply Chain/Operations/Inventory/Distribution
- Through understanding of operation procedures, from product import to warehouse and logistics operations
- Knowledge of SAP is a bonus
- Proven ability to delegate and execute job tasks to warehouse team in timely manner
- Strong organization, analytic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact effectively at multiple levels
- Experience with inventory management and continuous process improvement is essential
- Exceptional knowledge of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) is required
- Good command of written and spoken English, with additional language e.g., Cantonese or Mandarin will be an asset
- Less experience will consider for Assistant Manager, Warehouse Operation
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year Benefits:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
