What you'll be doing
With an industry-leading NPS, Virtuo has earned the trust of its homeowners as their home concierge. In the role of Customer Marketer you will play a key role in increasing homeowner awareness and engagement with our services and partner ecosystem. Utilizing a one-to-many strategy and leveraging your data-driven marketing experience, you will create timely and relevant connections, with a focus on increasing adoption and homeowner trust. You will be able to leverage multiple channels to engage Virtuo homeowners, including email, product, Virtuo’s live concierge team, and others.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Virtuo’s Marketing team and Home Concierge team
- Drive strong alignment with sales, customer experience, partnerships and product to help achieve our goals for customer engagement, adoption and retention
- Use customer segmentation and behaviour based cohorts to identify the right content, timing and channels to educate Virtuo homeowners
- Utilize Virtuo’s marketing assets throughout the homeowner lifecycle, and contribute to the continuous development of marketing assets
- Conduct primary research on homeowners to support marketing asset development, including case studies
- Understand the homeowner lifecycle, their evolving needs, and how Virtuo can enable them throughout the lifecycle
- Develop experiments to demonstrate effectiveness in engaging Virtuo homeowners via various channels
- Measure the impact of our homeowner engagement initiatives
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in a marketing or Customer Marketing related role. 3 years + experience within B2C Marketing, or Customer Marketing is preferred.
- Experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement.
- Analyze data. You have experience analyzing data and developing insights that inform your customer engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing and customer KPIs.
- Experience in customer loyalty, advocacy and/or rewards is an asset.
- Experience with marketing automation tools.
- Ability to contribute to marketing asset development is essential.
