Specific Skills - Work with minimal supervision, experience in carpet cleaning machine, vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, polishing machine and steam cleaner
Equipment, System and Control Experience - Security System
Work Settings - Apartment/Condo complex, Office buildings, Cleaning Service company, Industrial facility or establishment, Commercial buildings and Private residences
Description of Tasks:
- sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
- Dust furnitures
- Vacuum carpeting area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
- Make beds and change sheets
- Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
- Clean and disinfect elevators
- Handle and report lost and found items
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers .
- Wash windows walls and ceilings
- Address customers complaints or concerns
