Chrono Aviation was founded in Quebec City in 2012. In its early days, the airline operated a Pilatus PC-12 and employed two pilots. Chrono quickly attracted customers looking for a comfortable, efficient and safe flying experience.
After a decade in business, Chrono Aviation has increased its fleet to 15 aircraft and employs more than 280 people. Chrono is the only airline in Quebec to offer aircraft that can accommodate from 9 to 120 passengers exclusively for charter. With bases in Montreal and Quebec City, Chrono Aviation continues to expand and strengthen its leadership position in the air charter industry in Quebec and Canada.
Role and context
The Flight Attendant Technical Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Flight Attendant Manager in the technical aspects of the department. They ensure that technical documents are compliant and accessible, and manage flight attendant equipment.
Key responsibilities
• Updating and maintaining technical documentation for the cab department.
• Check that technical documents comply with aeronautical regulations.
• Coordinating the maintenance and replacement of cab equipment.
• Manage safety management system reports submitted by flight attendants.
• Helping to improve safety protocols and emergency procedures.
• Analyse in-flight safety reports to identify improvements.
• Assist in the technical training of flight attendants.

Specific job requirements
• Experience in aviation, ideally in flight or cabin operations.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations (Transport Canada).

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Safety or first aid training is an asset.
• Languages: fluency in French and English .
