Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
  4. Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
  5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer needs effectively.
  6. Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
  7. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficiency in using computers and navigating CRM systems.
  6. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
