We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Agent. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to address customer needs effectively.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computers and navigating CRM systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
