Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Weekend, Day, Night, Evening, Overtime as required (weekdays only)
Salary: $27.25 per hour to start, for 40.00 Hours per week, Other Benefits, Medical Benefits, Dental Benefits, Group Insurance Benefits, Pension Plan Benefits $500.00 signing bonus to be received upon the completion of 5 months of employment
Anticipated Start Date (at the latest in 3 months): As soon as possible
Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba (3 vacancies)
Skill Requirements: Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: Experience an asset
Languages: English
Vehicle and Equipment Experience: Loaders
Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
Specific Skills: Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment, Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload and move materials and products, Pick orders and stock
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Repetitive tasks, Physically demanding
Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation
Essential Skills: Reading text, Document use, Numeracy, Writing, Communication, Working with others, Job task planning and organizing, Finding information, Continuous learning
Other: Experience with overhead crane and outdoor forklifts an asset. Preference will be given to those with previous steel experience
