What you’ll achieve
As a Service Delivery Engineer, you will provide world-class delivery support to our customers by building an in-depth knowledge of our customers’ priorities and initiatives and becoming a trusted advisor that avoids customer impact and facilitates continuous improvement. You will identify potential sales and growth opportunities and will partner with key stakeholders to maximize these prospects.
Perform specific delivery support activities for a single customer.
Assist coordinating development and consolidation of technical and process documentation.
Assist with analyzing specific issues/obstacles with the customer.
Interact with Dell teams and develop a strong relationship with customer.
Target opportunities for growth within the customer environment.

Oral and written fluency in Portuguese.
Build appropriate and effective business relationships and m aintain regular contact with stakeholders during incident and problem resolution.
Administer the IT infrastructure and provide operational support for the organisation's information data systems and storage.
Escalate potential issues in a timely manner to ensure day-today service availability and capacity and provide support for all storage systems and ensure high availability.
Solid Knowledge of Dell Storage Mid-range and High-end, NAS and SAN.
Desirable Requirements
Intermediate level of English (reading, writing, and speaking) to interpret manuals, media, messages and communicate with foreign suppliers, if necessary.
Solid experience in server technologies, basic IT infrastructure and local area communication networks (LAN) would be a plus.
Certifications: Information Storage and Management v5 certification /Certifications from Dell Proven Professional Pathway.
