RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS
- It will focus on Service Strategy and Creative Thinking, to understand user needs and design customer-centric solutions.
- Create maps and user navigation flows, conduct usability tests and design, develop and implement innovative and attractive solutions, shaping the flow of user interaction and processes, integrating visual communication.
- Establish standards in collaboration with product teams, engaging in the full cycle of analysis, development and testing to introduce new features that add value to users.
- Conduct interviews, meetings and usability tests to collect metrics to improve usability and validate proposed solutions.
- Provide support for questions and problems related to user interaction.
- Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions to foster collaboration and the generation of innovative ideas.
- Develop and iterate design concepts for products, services and experiences, ensuring structural cohesion and effective usability.
- Utilize data and user feedback to inform and continually improve designs.
- Conduct usability testing and design assessments to validate proposed solutions.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- In-depth knowledge of user experience processes, service strategy, creative thinking and Product Design.
- Mastery of tools and methodologies for working with Product Owners and measuring project success.
- Advanced proficiency in the use of product design tools, especially Figma.
- Excellent communication skills, given the intense interaction with technical, product and design teams.
- Experience and familiarity with product teams that adopt agile methodologies.
- Experience in defining and implementing UX metrics.
- Knowledge of the English language.
- Portfolio demonstrating skills and experience in digital products
- Complete Higher Education in Communication, Designer, Data and related areas.
