- Lead projects that involve developing and deploying start-of-the-art ML models and pipelines in production systems for our users;
- Suggest, collect and synthesize requirements and create effective feature roadmap;
- Combine industry best practices and a first-principles approach to design and build;
- ML models and infrastructure;
- Continuously propose and develop new features to improve the AI/ML model performance;
- Build and improve ML infrastructure that powers the end-to-end ML development lifecycle;
- Debug ML production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack;
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to identify opportunities for business impact, understand, refine, and prioritize requirements for AI/ML models, drive engineering decisions, and quantify impact.
Requirement Profile - Knowledge, Skills & Experiences
- Experience developing end-to-end data systems/products and bringing AI/ML models to production;
- Ability to architect software and ML systems at scale;
- Solid software engineer skills in complex and multi-language systems. Code fluency in Python;
- Experience in working with product, design, and backend engineering;
- Experience with Python/Spark/Airflow/DBT/Hive/Presto/AWS.
