FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE

What You’ll be Doing

The Sales FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE Seek customers, renew those already in the portfolio, and create events from the beginning to attract more customers.

During a Typical Day, You’ll

● Contact existing clients to pursue the renewal.

● Coordinate and manage product events to retain existing clients and attract potential customers.

● Develop sales and customer retention strategies.

● Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

● Maintain accurate records and controls of client interactions and update information in the CRM system.

What You Bring to the Role

● Proven direct experience in the events field.

● Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an educational or technological environment.

● Solid knowledge of sales techniques and negotiation.

● Fluency in English is mandatory and intermediate Spanish proficiency.

● Spanish intermediary.

● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

● Ability to work independently and in a team.

● Availability to participate in in-person events (minimum of 2 times per month).

● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
