Job description
We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager for a leading FMCG company in Sri Lanka to spearhead online marketing efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing implementing and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels. From social media and email marketing to SEO and PPC you will play a pivotal role in increasing brand awareness driving traffic to our website and generating leads.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns including PPC display ads and social media ads.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content for our website blog and social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including sales product development and creative to ensure alignment and consistency across all marketing initiatives.
- Stay uptodate with the latest digital marketing tools and techniques and recommend new strategies to enhance our online presence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong track record of success in developing and executing effective campaigns.
- Indepth knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO SEM social media email marketing and content marketing.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics Google Ads and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Experience working in industry/niche is a plus.
