About Us PLAYA3ULL GAMES starts with professional game developers producing fun to play PC based games. Then we allow you, the gamer, to own all your in-game assets through NFTs stored on the 3ULL blockchain. Prizes and rewards are paid out in 3ULL coins. What You'll Do We’re looking for a talented, full-time, UI Artist to expand our team and coordinate with our Lead Artist, Designers, and Engineers to developer our games’ UI experience. In this role, you will Design compelling, easy to understand visual treatments for game UIs and menus, and shepherd those treatments into polished in-game assets Create 2D UI art resources including icons, buttons, banners, basic animations, and other assets as needed Evaluate current UI and recommend improvements Work closely with Art Lead, Engineering team, and Leadership to ensure art assets align with the game design and established art style while maintaining quality standards Work closely with Engineers to implement UI and menu assets into the games in both Unity and Unreal Engine What We're Looking For A passion for making games and an eagerness to collaborate with the team to make the best games we can Self-motivated, strong work ethic, and able to work independently Minimum 5+ years of game design UI experience Well-versed in UI and the ability to articulate what is strong/weak about the UI of existing games Strong graphic design and traditional art skills with the ability to create assets from sketches all the way to final game art Functional knowledge of UI/UX standards and practices High level of proficiency with Photoshop and Figma, or an industry-standard equivalent Self-motivated problem solver, able to break down asset requests and execute with little instruction when needed Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback Bonus: familiarity with Perforce and Linear Applicants must provide an online portfolio showcasing previous work.
