Job description
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Continuous and shown support to Customers and PMO Team;
- Coordinate shipment with service centers, warehouse, logistics and customers. Working with other departments to achieve deliveries on time;
- Gets results: Supervising progress of the project and addressing potential issues;
- Schedule follow-up meetings with project managers and record decisions (e.g., pending´s activities, assigned tasks, planning, etc.);
- Effective communication with other areas;
- Provide clear and effective communication of follow-up and feedback to the PMO Team;
- Customer concern path activation when is needed and crafting and updating workflows;
- Collaborate and Communication: Regularly with the Operations Managers, Order Entry Team, Logistics and PMO Team;
- Support in project execution aligned with Emerson Tier 3 process methodology to deliver on time;
- Dedication progress of the project and addressing potential issues;
- Continuous monitoring of project budgets, anticipate potential issues;
- Tracking expenses;
- Reinforce Service Level Doctrine 2.0;
- Interpret and apply Emerson's policies and procedures, ensuring their accurate application in each of the activities carried out by the PMO team;
- Alignment with all areas, ensuring continuous communication and teamwork.
Who You Are:
- You balance planning with actions. You solicit both input and discussion. You understand the importance and interdependence of internal customer relationships.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- International Commerce Bachelor and/or Engineering career (industrial, chemical, etc);
- 3-4 years project experience for externals, 2-3 years for internal candidates.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Project management;
- English (80%);
- PMP® or any other PMI certification is preferable.
