Job description

Responsibilities
- Responsible for all the logistics for Medison in the LATAM Region including 3PL/distributor management
- Lead the development of the product supply plans and manage local inventorylevels to pre-defined targets.
- Lead Sales & Operations planning process with internal and external partners.
- Responsible for contract management with respective suppliers
- Responsible for Medison’s 3rd party warehouse operations and ensuring thatsupplier performs as per outlined KPI’s.
- Local Subject Matter Expert for NetSuite.
- Assist Quality Assurance in activities such as audits, regulatory agency inspections, or product recalls, labelling & packaging requirements of our partners.
- Support Global Finance on all partner reporting requirements.
- Operations budget(s) review and forecasting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
- 7+ years of related pharmaceutical, biotech experience with a preference for those who have worked in rare disease
- Thorough knowledge of operations processes for the pharmaceutical / biotech market in LATAM including Named Patient Sales
- Experience managing and interfacing effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Experience working with a multi-national company preferred
- Strong business acumen
