SRE Lead (Digital Ops) - Mars Global Services – São Paulo
SRE Lead (Digital Ops) is responsible for improving overall reliability for our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Business-to-Business (eB2B) platforms, promoting DevOps culture and practices across multiple teams, focusing on protect the OPERATIONS. SRE Lead needs to implement automation, AI and other enhancements to maximize value of digital solutions, being an enabler to achieve our digital strategy.
Experience and understanding of eCommerce platform MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless), eB2B platforms (Sales Force for Order Management) and business processes are beneficial to better deliver this role.
SRE type of role is crucial to keep the discipline that brings reliability to systems and platforms.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Protect the Operations by improving overall reliability for D2C and eB2B platforms;
Ensure Ops team awareness across all platform changes for efficient support post-production launch;
Guarantee CI/CD pipeline is not causing any disruption to Operations;
Monitor, conduct performance analysis and identify opportunities for improvements;
Drive test automation to increase velocity and quality of solutions delivery, reducing manual intervention;
Assess and mitigate security risks associated with the platforms;
Improve collaboration between multiple teams (3rd Party Vendors, Product Owners, Developers, Project Managers);
Promote the DevOps and Agile culture and practices;
Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and industry practices related to digital platforms.

Lead and strive to build and sustain a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence with the numerous internal and external partners.
Foster an environment that anticipates and acts upon potential threats or opportunities.
Collaborate with product managers and delivery teams to improve release management practices.
Activate and accelerate development-operations collaboration by developing automation for operations processes.
Partner with the central enterprise architecture team to obtain support and sponsorship for rationalization activities with the aim to maintain our digital estate evergreen
