About The Role
We are seeking an innovative, electric, and data-driven Head of Performance Marketing to lead our rapidly expanding paid media programs in a $400B industry. As the Head of Performance Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients' online advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated PPC & LSA Specialists to develop and execute strategic campaigns that deliver tangible results and drive business growth. The role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing principles, advanced proficiency in Google Ads platforms, and exceptional leadership and communication skills.
You will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, providing expert guidance and support to our Client Success teams, and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services to drive revenue growth. Collaboration will be a key aspect of this role, as you will work closely with Account Management teams to educate them on Google Ads best practices and align campaign strategies with client goals. You will also have the opportunity to lead training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and expertise of your team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the department.

Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive advertising strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and enhances brand visibility.
- Lead and expand the ads department, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, set challenging yet achievable goals, and provide constructive feedback to support their professional development and success within the department.
Revenue Growth:
- Consistently grow the ads department revenue by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service, exceeding client expectations, and driving measurable results.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for revenue growth.
Process Optimization:
- Lead initiatives to streamline processes, implement automation tools, and adopt innovative solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall departmental performance.
Industry Expertise:
- Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the advertising industry.
- Regularly attend workshops, seminars, and other industry events to ensure Olly Olly remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and enhance click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
- Ensure adherence to Google Ads policies and guidelines, as well as internal quality standards, to maintain campaign integrity and compliance.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to align Google Ads strategies with broader organizational goals and initiatives.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with the client success teams to ensure alignment of advertising campaigns with client goals and expectations. Educate them on all aspects of Google Ads, including campaign strategies, best practices, and performance metrics. Provide support and guidance to ensure alignment between client goals and campaign execution.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs, present campaign performance reports, and identify opportunities for upselling additional services or optimizing existing campaigns.

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the advertising industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing various types of ad campaigns such as: Google Search Ads, Google Display Ads, Local Service Ads, Youtube Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English required to facilitate effective communication with internal partners and with clients (The ability to comprehend and interpret complex information in English is crucial for success in this role. English language proficiency will be assessed during the interview process)
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and how it integrates with advertising strategy.
- Prior B2B sales experience preferred
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
