Responsibilities and assignments
- Plan and describe requirements and standards for our Marketing Conversational Tools improvements and new projects (User Stories);
- Champion the customer experience in the project planning.
- Ensure project alignment and timeline through proper project management using the Agile method.
- Ability to analyze, design strategies and execute projects and action plans.
- Provide the Developer Team assets and requirements according to GM guidelines and the project deadlines.
- Working very closely with our partners across GM, including BI, Media, Content team, and agencies.
- Prepare project documentation and presentations to GM Global Team (USA) and South America forums.
Requirements and qualifications
- Proven Experience working with Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or Digital Products required
- Demonstrated understanding of Marketing Funnel and Lead management.
- Familiarity withAgile (Scrum, Kanban)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Communication in English or Spanish.
