Job description
Emergent Cold LatAm is looking for a HRBP located in the Vila Olímpia region of São Paulo.
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing human resources services to employees. In this role, you will handle services such as providing employee relations, performance management, employee engagement and recognition programs.
Responsibilities
- Leading the local HR team at our units in São Paulo, Santa Catarina, Rio Grande do Sul and Paraná;
- Implement payroll reports (employee count);
- Create strategic HR schedule;
- Create C.M. action plan for SAP implementation;
- Manage the payroll process of the units and the CSC, in order to ensure compliance with legal and labor requirements and review pre-established internal procedures in the search for greater efficiency;
- Formulating and monitoring specific HR KPIs;
- Coordinating union and labor relations issues;
- Supporting the construction of the leadership development program with the externaln consultant;
- Supporting the formatting of the Climate Survey with the external consultant;
- Leading the performance appraisal cycle: targets, one on one, peer feedback;
- Supporting teams in communicating to build individual goals in line with corporate macro goals;
- Supporting budget monitoring of HR actions;
- Leading training & development processes;
- Acting as a Business Partner for the business, suggesting solutions, implementing improvements, influencing and measuring the impact of decisions on people at a strategic level.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience as a Business Parter.
- Advanced level of English
- Intermediate spanish level.
