We invite a proactive, organized, and responsible Project Manager to join Dev.Pro. You will use your expertise and skills to help our teams deliver exceptional-quality software development services for our clients – ambitious tech startups and industry-leading Fortune 500 companies. ✅ Is that you?
- 0.5+ years’ commercial experience in IT project management
- Knowledge of project management theory, including tools and terminology
- Effective communication and collaboration, good people management skills
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Ability to prioritize tasks and understand stakeholder needs
- Eagerness to learn technical aspects of the project
- Attention to detail; ability to handle multiple urgent requests simultaneously
- Ability to maintain project schedules and maximize team focus
Desirable:
- PM courses or Bachelor/Master's degree in management
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks, Jira, Bitbucket/Git, and Jenkins

In this role, you’ll help analyze and enhance project processes, improve communication between team members and stakeholders, and contribute to building a robust and efficient team.
- Manage software development process on a project
- Prioritize and distribute project tasks; facilitate team’s work on project tasks
- Monitor task status and project progress; provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Implement change and risk management to minimize project risks
- Manage and allocate project resources effectively
- Measure project and team performance
- Collaborate with management to improve project processes
