Tasks

As a Prospect Management Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing the prospect acquisition and conversion strategy in PBR. Your primary focus will be on identifying, analyzing, and nurturing prospects through effective prospecting methodologies and tools. You will collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Care and Dealer teams to develop and manage projects, initiatives and campaigns that drive prospect engagement and conversion. This role requires initiative, ownership mentality, strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of prospecting best practices.
Tasks
Main Responsibilities

Administer, develop and maintain CRM related systems in cooperation with PAG, relevant PBR departments and agencies, ensuring accurate data entry, data integrity and system usability at dealer and importer level. Ensure the integration of these and third party systems into the omni-channel ecosystem will meet the prospect management requirements and business objectives.

Conduct in-depth research and analysis of potential leads to identifying key characteristics, preferences, and behaviors. Utilize CRM systems/platforms and other data sources to gather relevant information and create detailed prospect profiles.

Analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement of the business and CRM processes and strategy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive CRM strategies for prospect engagement and conversion. Define and implement effective lead nurturing workflows, segmentation strategies, and communication plans.

Gather feedback to continuously improve the prospect journey.

Collaboration on lead generation strategies to attract prospects and ensure their capture across channels. Design and execute targeted lead nurturing campaigns to drive conversion and optimize prospect engagement.

Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to monitor and measure the effectiveness of prospect CRM initiatives.

Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, AS, Customer Care and Dealer teams to align prospect CRM activities with overall business objectives. Effectively communicate prospect insights, campaign results, and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Provide training and support to team members on CRM systems/platforms, processes, and best practices. Ensure proper onboarding of new users and deliver ongoing education to enhance CRM proficiency.

Consistent administration of the CRM budget to ensure proper planning and utilization.

Support PBR CRM Manager in operational and cross-funtional projects, trainings, and conferences, as well as endeavor, and coordinate business opportunities with PBR departments in order to develop the CRM strategy in line with Porsche strategy.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, main subject Marketing/IT or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience

5+ years relevant working experience.

Experience in CRM management, preferably in prospect management or lead generation.

Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.

Understanding of IT as an enabler.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
What you need to succeed in this position:

Fluency in Portuguese and English languages. German as a plus.

Flexibility in travel required
