We are currently seeking a Sales Admin to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Admin, you will be crucial in supporting our sales team and helping us change the world one automated workflow at a time. This client-facing role will require fluent speaking and writing in English.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months, with annual renewal
Pay: R$4,500.00 - R$5,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
- Support and Interact with clients to support the sale of our services/apps
- Assist in managing and organizing the sales pipeline;
- Prepare and submit sales orders and contracts;
- Generate sales reports and analyze sales data;
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments;
- Coordinate and track sales meetings and customer appointments;
- Communicate with customers to address any sales inquiries or issues;
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of sales materials.
Requirements and skills
- This is a client-facing role, and English speaking and writing is required. The entire interview process will be conducted in English;
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred;
- Proven experience in sales administration or a similar role;
- Excellent organizational and time management skills;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Great attention to detail, organizational skills, and an analytical mind.
