We are looking for a self-motivated Back Office Assistant to join our multinational team.

What you´ll do

• Analyze audit/system reports.
• Create reversal requests with the corresponding team.
• Analyze issues on the previous reversals requests.
• Check entries on the Bank statements.
• Identify, escalate and propose improvements together with the team.

Requirements

• Excel skills - intermediate to advanced.
• Advanced communications skills in English.
• High attention to details and excellent analytical skills on reports.
• Proactive/creative person.
• Teamwork attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Be flexible on the working hours.

It's part time job, 6 hours and we work under a hybrid model.
