A 44 Capital é a dedicated M&A and financial advisory boutique, with services that range from supporting sell and buy-side projects, transaction structuring, high-level advisory, and shareholder decision support. We are a lean and focused team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an M&A Associate at 44 Capital Finanças Corporativas in São Paulo, SP. The M&A Associate will oversee and conduct due diligence processes, financial analysis and modeling, and will draft investment memoranda as well as other process materials. The M&A Associate will manage analysts and execute and monitor M&A projects.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills, financial acumen
• Experience in conducting due diligence and financial modeling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Experience working in investment banking, private equity, or advisory necessary
