Job description
In the context of expanding its client portfolio and new business, a company in the Financial Services sector is looking for new leadership to redesign the commercial area.
As Head of Sales, your main challenge will be to direct the organization’s commercial strategy, with the purpose of encouraging the company’s long-term growth, ensuring the success of the partners’ experience.
Main responsabilities:
Redesign and lead the implementation of the commercial strategy in alignment with the company’s growth and market opportunities;
Understanding customer needs and thus introducing disruptive approaches to differentiate the company from the competition;
Structuring and/or repairing processes that enable satisfactory execution in the client’s view, in addition to understanding and analyzing data and indicators that allow the identification of opportunities for improvement in the area;
Foster a culture of innovation within the sales team.
Requiriments:
Proven leadership of commercial teams in the financial services sector and/or M&A boutiques;
Solid experience in managing a B2B client portfolio;
Availability to live inPortoAlegre.
