What You’ll Do
As Google Cloud Subject Matter Expert (SME), you’ll be that provide technical expertise on multiple Google Cloud technologies in support of the sales enablement team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Google’s customer RFIs and RFPs;
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing Google Cloud Knowledge Base;
- Stay up to date with emerging trend and technologies related to Google Cloud;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop documentation.
- Assisting the account teams to respond to RFx documents, from security and compliance questionnaire to product RFIs and full RFPs;
- Working with the proposal analysts compiling and validating content for RFPs and RFIs;
- Working with Google Field Services Reps, Customer Engineers and other account team members freeing them up to work more effectively with the clients.
Preferred experience:
- Google Cloud Professional certification in Architecture, DevOps Engineer, Networking, or others (at least one);
- Strong understanding of Google Cloud technologies and services, including Compute Engine, App Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, Big Query, etc;
- Fluency in English.
