The Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be focused on acquiring new accounts for Seequent. You will have the opportunity to represent Seequent's world class products that are deemed by many existingcustomers as ‘best in breed’ for geoscience data interpretation. You’ll get the opportunity to demonstrate yourcapability to be creative and expand yourexpertise to help solve future customers complex challenges. You will pick up the generated leads and progress those leads through to theonboarding process. You will do some prospecting, but focus largely on qualifying, quoting andclosing new business of the Seequent products. You will be integral in theexperience our new customers receive and we’ll provide you with a fun and energetic workingenvironment. In return for your tenacity to succeed, we’ll provide you with a base salary and a forecast of your potential commission earnings.

This role can be based out of the Seequent offices in Belo Horizonte, Sao Paulo or Rio de Janeiro with the option to work in a hybrid work model. 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Qualify sales leads through email and telephone outreach and convert newusers.
• Be an integral part of our sales strategy by leading customers through the journey of engagement, education,milestone management, follow-up and closure.
• Work with sales and marketing to enhance and modify call scripts and email templates. 
• Secure attendance at Seequent events to further assess potential sales opportunities and follow up on face-to-face connections made with our customer facing channel at these events. 
• Develop a close working relationship with the regional marketing specialists to development content that is generating high quality leads. 
• Be a collaborative teamplayer and feed information back to the appropriate teams within thebusiness.
• Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate new leads.
• Complete client needs analysis and fitting that tothe products and services that best meet the potential client’s needs.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience in sales or customer service; interest in developing a career in sales.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish is good to have.
• Experience in technical sales is an asset.
• Excellent communications skills with natural ability to engage conversation.
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Expected to be "customer oriented", have good communication skills and ability to collaborate with many.
• To develop and maintain consultative sales relationships with key-buying influences in a new new sales opportunity.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• A Proactive mindset and always seeking to improve processes.
