Job description
Within the Solutions division of Orange Business, the Solution Architect plays a key role in the Bid Process being accountable for the Solution Design of all opportunities in the region. As a Solution Architect, you will be at the heart of our Pre-Sales and Bid pursuit cycle, following a rigid timeline to qualify, design and cost the solution that fulfils the customer requirements within Budget. Ownership of Solution Technical Design, operational Support Model / Service management plus SLA and cost consolidation.
Solid knowledge of Service Managmeent, Customer Success and Operational Support is mandatory.
Technology savvy with provn experince in a large ICT company either in Presales, Delivery or Operations division.
Proven record of business acumen experience showing solid ability to architect deals providing finance and cost consolidation guidance
Consulting background desirable - able to understand and translate customer business needs into solutions
Ability to drive solution design cycle working with multiple stakeholders globally, under pressure of time and following a set of processes and procedures that required a notable ability to influence without authority.
Proven record of customer facing activity. Position requires the ability to prsent and defend the solution in front of both sales and customers
Capable of functioning with minimum supervision, team player, customer centric thinking and remarkable business acumen
Able to work with Excelence under the restrictions of time to deliver, focus on right first time
The position will dedicate 10% of the time on Upskilling anf knowlege enhancment with exposure to training and events in the domain
Possibility to join multiple transversal initiatives to exchange with colleagues around the globe
