Job description
Propose and collaborate with Brand Specialists and Product Team in the definition of brands and nameplates strategy under your responsibility, including annual marketing plan and tactical execution.
Guarantee local execution alignment with the regional nameplate strategy
Responsible for briefing, directing, and executing local campaigns, projects, and experience activations on and offline.
Responsible for metrics definition and kpis follow-up for its nameplates in the short and long time, sales, ad tracker, research, brand health.
Responsible, along with the area leadership for the approval and results of the projects.
Work together with related areas such as product, sales, research to anticipate the demands and strategies of your platforms.
Lead the execution of the projects with the internal and external areas, suppliers, legal, purchase, etc.

Requirements:
Degree in Advertising, Communication, Marketing, Administration or related
Experience in advertising (on/off), communication (internal/external), events, marketing, business administration or related
Experience in working with communication, advertising or events suppliers and agencies.
Proactivity, organization, discipline, strategic vision, result orientation, interpersonal relationship, teamwork.
English advanced (mandatory), spanish desirable.
