Big Picture are looking for a Technical Specialist to join our existing team to drive the Microsoft product portfolio around client solutions including laptop, desktop and M365. Big Picture provide sales and technical support services around Microsoft products and solutions to Dell Sales Teams. This is a unique opportunity to work with the most influential hardware and software companies in the world. Responsibilities Provide presales support for sales teams in target markets. This role is responsible for effective communication of the commercial and technical values of the Microsoft core products and solutions to Dell Pre-sales Teams. Support and amplify Dell programs to drive increased revenues. Provide technical product training to Dell Sales to increase Microsoft knowledge. Support Dell Sales with customer demonstrations and technical queries aligned to Customer business needs. Support Dell Sales with RFPs and large deal support promoting Microsoft solutions and services. Skills & Knowledge Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Core Products and Services, especially around Windows 11 and M365 5-10 years’ experience in a sales-driven role with emphasis on IT sales BA Degree qualification or equivalent experience Microsoft sales specialist certifications preferred (not mandatory) Fluent in verbal and written English Strong relationship and inter-personal skills Excellent organization and time management skills Team Player & motivator Excellent presentation skills
