Hello, we are MC1!

A leading multinational provider of cloud mobility solutions to multiply the productivity of sales and trade marketing teams in the field, we are selected by market leaders as a strategic partner for the implementation and execution of corporate strategies. Currently, our clients are spread around the world, and MC1 is constantly expanding to serve them all.

The Sales Operations Specialist will work closely with the Sales Director and will be instrumental in enhancing and managing the MC1 sales operations to achieve optimal performance. He/She will focus on managing sales technology, analyzing data to inform strategy, implementing efficient sales processes, and ensuring effective team coordination. His/Her efforts will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our sales cycle and the achievement of our sales targets through improved operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Develop dashboards and reporting formats that generate solutions to business needs

Use technology and process knowledge to make recommendations for sales operations policies and procedures

Build and maintain sales operations program models

Support follow up projects and distribute analysis results to the appropriate teams/leadership

Manage the Sales compliance program

Work with Sales management team and with MC1 board to define and track KPIs, identify and measure success as well as opportunities for improvement

Provide sales leaders with accurate analysis

 

EDUCATION AND SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proficient in data analysis and management.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
SalesForce.com and PowerBI advanced knowledge

 

EXPERIENCE

Demonstrated experience in sales operations or a related field.
Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales cycle management.
