Job description

RINA is currently recruiting for a HR Intern (Generalist)to join its office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazilwithin the Global Human Resources Division.

Job Responsabilities

• Provide hands-on support of internal communications, recruitment processes and HR systems for LATAM countries;
• Collaborate with the Onboarding team to ellaborate new hires;
• Support the overall employee lifecycle transactions such as:
  • Onboarding.and Offboarding process;
  • Ensure all new hires are properly enrolled at all the applicable benefits.
  • Create, update, and maintain personnel files, ensuring appropriate documentation and electronic file maintenance.
  • Be the first point of contact to support on employees queries.
    

Qualifications and Experience:

• Availability to work 6 hours per day & 30 hours per week (from 9am to 4pm);
• Students of Business Administration  Psichology or related courses with graduation by Dec/2026;
• Ideally intermediate or advanced English;
• Spanish is a plus;
• Intermediate Microsoft office knowledge;

• Workplace: Downtown - Rio de Janeiro
• Hybrid work (after the first two months on-site)
