Job description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our fast-growing start-up team.
If you have worked in a pharmaceutical or medical devices industry, you are likely a good fit! Your work will be focused on our project with a medical devices industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing projects from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for these and other tasks :
-Develop project plans and timelines in collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
-Monitor project progress and ensure that project goals are met on time
-Communicate project updates to team members, stakeholders, and clients.
-Identify and mitigate project risks and develop contingency plans.
-Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
-Lead and motivate team members to achieve project objectives.
-Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
-Continuously improve project management processes and tools to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in administration, economy, pharmaceutical science, computer engineering/science, Software or data engineering, big data analytics or related fields (Math, Physics, Engineering).
-Experience in Project Management with technology projects, Agile methodology.
-At least 4 year of experience in project management, preferably in a tech environment.
-Advanced english, and basic Spanish (most of stakeholders are from Latin America)
-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
-Proficiency in project management software tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
-Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
-A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.
