Job description
We are a recruitment company based in Colombo Sri Lanka and we are currently looking for an Manager Proucts and Solutions Development one of the reputed companies in Sri Lanka.
Job Role
- Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure products meet established standards and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the product development team to support the creation and refinement of new products ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the quality and product development functions and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including engineering manufacturing and marketing to ensure seamless integration of quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality assurance activities and product development progress providing regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Quality Management or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in quality assurance and product development with a proven track record in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to product excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of effectively collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
- Proficiency in quality management systems process improvement methodologies and familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
