- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects from identification to negotiation to execution
- Reach and exceed your sales quota and quarterly targets
- Accurately forecast your sales commitment Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects
- Plan and execute successful sales meetings with prospects
- Fully understand a prospect’s business challenges, decision-making, and purchasing process
- Tailor-made solutions to address prospects' business goals.
- Develop a deep knowledge of companie´s learning approach and technical application
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to successfully manage new business opportunities
- Acquire and integrate industry knowledge related to general trends and competitors.

Certificação Conhecimento

- A proven sales hunter and closer
- A strong track record of success in sales and are passionate about education and technology
- An experienced sales professional with at least 6 years of relevant B2B sales experience
- Rigorous pipeline and sales process management, negotiation, and analytic skills
- You are sharp, confident, resourceful, results-oriented, proactive, and have strong written and communication skills
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are comfortable working in a start-up environment
- You are a tireless networker!
- You are a power-user of CRM systems (SalesForce)
- You are bilingual in Portuguese and English
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience in selling to HR in +5k employees companies
- Ability to conduct high-level business conversations with CHROs and HR Directors.
- Ability to deliver client-centric and compelling sales pitches, use cases, and product demonstrations
- Be able to work independently & as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapid-change environment
