Hi There, This is Dri Lopes from CI&T!

I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Brazil for a Senior Business Analyst to work on an international project.

Responsibilities:

- Understand customer demands, pain points, and areas of improvement;

- Detail requirements, transforming them into stories for the delivery team;

- Support the business team in prioritizing demands;

- Assist the technical team in developing solutions;

- Validate the product resulting from development at each iteration;

- Collaborate with other leaders in the pursuit of continuous improvement of internal squad processes.

Requirements for this challenge:

- Advanced/fluent English, as you will have daily contact with the language while working on problems with the client;

- Experience in analysis and gathering of requirements and business knowledge;

- Breaking down demands into stories;

- Experience with agile frameworks.
