As the Sr. Manager in this rapidly growing business, this person will build a top performing team and drive significant revenue growth for the "Non Endemics" Amazon Ads verticals in Brazil (Finance, Travel, Auto, Telco, etc.) She or he will simultaneously develop key large accounts and lead a high-performing team.
The organization covers all Amazon Ads products, such as Sponsored Ads, Video and STV, Display, Devices Advertising and more. Internally, this role will partner closely across a number of teams, including Account Management, Twitch, Product, Creative, Ad Tech, and more.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead the high-performance Amazon Ads Sales team in Brazil (Non-Endemics Ad Sales team) as well as the business rhythm and cadence (pipeline management, etc.)
- Develop strong relationships with C-level executives across advertisers and Big6 Agencies in BR
- Grow our Display and Video/STV ads business by developing top advertiser accounts.
- Lead a high performance, input driven and multi-functional team
- Attract, hire and retain top sales and digital media talent
- Provide strong mentoring and coaching to direct reports
- Determine short and long-range business plan and translate this into action plans

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 12+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience hiring and retaining sales talent
- Experience of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
- Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
- Knowledge of digital media (e.g. DSPs, programmatic media, premium digital video, performance advertising)
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English, written and spoken
