The DuPont Water & Protection business has an opening of  Aramids LA South Sales Manager America. This role is responsible for leading regional sales team across all Aramids segments, drive execution of regional revenue achievement across all segments and generation of new business opportunities. Also ensure commercial excellence, Distribution/Supply and Rebate Contracts compliance, AR collections, superior Account Management, discipline on tracking pipeline of opportunities, call reports, and customer visits. The Aramids LA South Sales Manager will oversees the execution of the Marketing and Business Strategy across the segments in Aramids on current and new markets to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities:  

• The Aramids LA South Sales Manager is expected to serve as a Coach for the Account Managers, as well as key enabler of business growth.
• Demonstrate and cultivate within the region’s segments a strong external focus with Key Customers and End-users
• Drive regional sales planning and execution of key actions to achieve the sales target.
• Define specific goals for each KAM to achieve revenue and increase market share
• Lead the execution of new business opportunities pipeline tracking to achieve short and mid term growth objectives.
• Enable a Commercial Excellence culture , support the sales team to generate and win new opportunities, being close to Top Customers and End-users
• Collaborate with regional marketing and technology leadership to ensure sales resources are effectively prioritized and aligned with segment objectives.
• Bring forward customer needs and preferences to identify market trends and influence forecasted demand
• Ensure professional development of the sales team , coaching and succession plans.
• Collect competitor and market insights to analyze the future strategy
• Build and maintain productive business relationships with key clients and stakeholders. 

Requirements:  

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or relevant field. 
• Relevant experience, including experience in a leadership role. 
• Exceptional leadership in a matrix organization structure and people management skills. 
• Strong analytical and strategic-thinking skills. 
• Knowledge and experience in the region's market conditions and trends. 
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Demonstrated ability to establish and grow relationships with key customers and stakeholders. 

• Commitment to meeting assigned sales goals and objectives. 
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a diverse team environment.
