Job description

This role is designed to take on implementations from start to finish of the WTW Affinity ecosystem built from several integrated platforms and which provides service to different groups going from operation sevices, sales and Client services.

The Role

• Acquire detailed product knowledge of product solutions
• Work on project delivery from concept to implementation
• Follow up with responsible task owners and ensure timely completion.
• Document progress, clearly communicate customer expectations and scope of the program. Identify risks and implement resolutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Provide regular status updates on implementations to business partners.
• Deliver training for local members
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders
• Actively participate and lead problem solving of technology implementation issues to resolution
• Support internal Product Development efforts to enable the launch of new features/functionality/solutions

The Requirements

• Experience of working in an onshore / offshore setting and working with a cross-functional team is preferred.
• High English proficiency
• Self-Starter with ability to work independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Experience of creating user stories and functional specification documents
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to develop and manage internal and external client expectations
• Practical knowledge of .Net and Web Services
• Practical knowledge of SQL and relational databases
