What you'll do
As an SAP Extended Planning Analytics - xP&A Senior Consultant, you will:
•    Advise customers end-to-end on strategic (Planning / Profitability & Performance) processes, and occasionally lead sub-project teams.
•    Define and implement the best solutions for financial, marketing, sales, HR, supply chain planning, and traditional Enterprise Profitability & Performance Management (PaPM), with an emphasis on efficiency, scalability, and performance.
•    Understand SAP Best Practices and translate customer goals into an adequate roadmap design, including new functionalities and support.
•    Support the development and execution of Innovation Roadmaps, and assist customers in achieving a state-of-the-art Innovation Roadmap.
•    Be actively involved in the planning, realization, and deploying of SAP Planning / Profitability implementation projects.
•    Demonstrate expert knowledge of modeling standards and tools, and act as a Functional Architect on complex implementations.
•    Support consulting and license pre-sales opportunities.

What you bring
As an ideal candidate, you should have:
•    At least 7 years of strong experience in SAP applications consulting, including multi-country strategic financial and/or analytics solutions.
•    At least six completed full cycle implementations / project participations.
•    2-3 years' experience in SAP (as a key user or consultant), including at least 1 year of SAP Solutions: SAC-Planning, SAP Profitability and Performance Management or Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) experience.
•    Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills, alongside a strong executive presence and leadership abilities.
•    In-depth understanding of industry specific business processes.
•    Fluency in Portuguese and English (minimum B2 level); Advanced Spanish.
•    Knowledge of SAP Activate - Agile Methodology for implementation.
•    SAP Certifications such as BPC, SAC, SAC-Planning are considered a significant advantage.
•    Implementation experience of SAP Analytics tools, like SAC, Datasphere or BW is a plus.
