Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling meetings and training sessions to discuss process changes after analyzing current operations
- Following the trend on market trends and advancements
- Modifying work schedules and troubleshooting as necessary
- Encouraging employees and providing a forum for them to address queries and complaints
- Be open and honest with the team about difficulties, setbacks, and achievements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 7-8+ years of relevant experience as a tech lead
- Knowledge of Flutter
- Sound project management experience with preference for certification
- Excellent technical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in English
