QUALIFICATIONS for Inside Sales Representative:
- 2+ years of business development or sales experience preferred in a B2B and digital marketing, IT, and/or SAAS environment , but willing to work with exceptionally ambitious individuals looking to start a sales career.
- Organized, ambitious, disciplined, and resourceful
- Proficient in writing persuasive sales emails and messages
- Highly adept at utilizing a full tech stack and comfortable with technology
- Skilled in making outbound calls, dedicating over 4 hours daily to phone outreach
- Proven track record of achieving professional goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
JOB DESCRIPTION for INSIDE SALES SDR / BDR:
- Contact US business prospects through cold calls, emails, and social media
- Research and compile target contact and account lists
- Craft compelling email offers, sequences, and messages
- Generate a minimum of 10 sales-qualified leads per week
- Facilitate meetings between qualified prospects and your sales manager
- Report on sales targets, both weekly and monthly
- Stay up-to-date with digital and inbound marketing trends
